Responsibilities
- Deliver play-based, data-driven applied behavior analysis interventions to help children with autism reach developmental and behavioral goals in various settings.
- Guide and develop behavior therapists and family caregivers through real-time coaching, performance feedback, and demonstration of effective techniques.
- Partner with board-certified behavior analysts to conduct assessments, design individualized treatment plans, set objectives, and maintain up-to-date program resources and records.

- Full-time candidates must have availability Monday through Friday between 8am and 7pm.
- Fifty percent of scheduled hours will be dedicated to supervision responsibilities.
- Candidates may be expected to travel up to approximately 45 minutes from their preferred location.
- Access to a smartphone is required for job functions.
- Must pass a DOJ/FBI background check with fingerprinting and TB screening if applicable.
- Position requires prolonged standing, walking, reaching, bending, kneeling, and crouching.
- Minimum lifting capacity of 50 pounds is required.
- Clear verbal communication and active participation in physical and play-based therapeutic activities are essential.
