Responsibilities
- Provide play-based, research-supported ABA interventions to help children with autism reach developmental goals in home, school, and community environments.
- Guide and develop Behavior Therapists and caregivers through modeling, direct feedback, and observation to ensure consistent and effective treatment delivery.
- Partner with a BCBA to conduct assessments, design individualized treatment plans, set objectives, and maintain up-to-date client records and instructional materials.

- Full-time applicants must have availability Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. and 7 p.m.
- Fifty percent of scheduled hours will be dedicated to supervisory responsibilities.
- Must possess a reliable vehicle, valid in-state driver’s license, and current auto insurance.
- Willingness to travel up to approximately 45 minutes between assignment locations, with paid drive time.
- Basic proficiency with computers, tablets, and online platforms required.
- Smartphone access is mandatory for this position.
- Must pass a DOJ/FBI background check with fingerprinting and TB screening if required.
- Frequent physical activity including standing, walking, reaching, bending, kneeling, and crouching is expected.
- Capable of lifting at least 50 pounds when necessary.
- Clear verbal communication and active participation in physical and play-based therapy sessions required.
- Service areas for Salt Lake City-based supervisors include Lehi, Logan, Manti, Ogden, Provo, Salt Lake City, Sandy, West Valley, and surrounding regions.
- Supervisors may travel up to approximately 45 minutes from their preferred base location.
