Responsibilities
- Provide play-based, evidence-supported Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to help children with autism reach developmental goals in home, school, and community environments.
- Guide and support Behavior Therapists and caregivers through direct observation, constructive feedback, and skill modeling to ensure consistent and effective treatment delivery.
- Partner with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to conduct assessments, design treatment plans, set client goals, and develop or update program resources and records.

- Full-time applicants must have open availability from Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.
- Fifty percent of assigned hours will be dedicated to supervision responsibilities
- Travel of approximately 45 minutes between locations is expected, with drive time compensated
- A smartphone is required for job functions
- Fluency in Spanish is strongly preferred
