Responsibilities
- Provide play-based, research-supported ABA interventions to help children with autism reach developmental milestones in home, school, and community environments.
- Guide and develop Behavior Therapists and caregivers through direct observation, constructive feedback, and hands-on demonstration to ensure consistent and effective treatment delivery.
- Work alongside a BCBA to conduct assessments, design treatment plans, establish client goals, and produce or revise program resources and progress records.

Responsibilities
- Deliver play-based, evidence-based ABA therapy to support children with autism in achieving meaningful goals across home, school, and community settings.
- Train, mentor, and coach Behavior Therapists and caregivers through observation, feedback, and modeling to maintain treatment integrity and support skill development.
- Collaborate with a BCBA on assessments, treatment planning, goal development, and the creation or updating of program materials and client documentation.

Other
- Full-Time candidates with open availability Monday through Friday from 8am-7pm
- Program Supervisors will be provided 50% of hours as supervision duties
