Responsibilities
- Provide play-centered, research-supported ABA interventions to help children on the autism spectrum reach developmental milestones in home, school, and community environments.
- Guide and support Behavior Therapists and family caregivers through live observation, constructive feedback, and hands-on demonstration to ensure consistent, effective treatment delivery.
- Work alongside a BCBA to conduct evaluations, design individualized treatment plans, set client goals, and develop or revise instructional materials and progress records.
Compensation
Direct therapy is compensated at $27.00 per hour; supervision responsibilities are paid at $30.00 per hour.
Work Arrangement
Full-time position requiring availability Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. and 7 p.m.

- Candidates must be available full-time from Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.
- Fifty percent of scheduled hours will be dedicated to supervision tasks.
- A smartphone must be available for use in this role.
- Willingness to travel up to 45 minutes between assignment locations, with drive time compensated.
- Must successfully complete a DOJ/FBI background check, including fingerprinting, and a TB screening if required.
- Frequent physical activity including standing, walking, reaching, bending, kneeling, and crouching is required.
- Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
- Clear verbal communication and active participation in physical and play-based therapy sessions are essential.
