Responsibilities
- Provide play-based, research-supported ABA therapy to help children with autism reach meaningful developmental milestones in home, school, and community environments.
- Guide, train, and support behavior therapists and caregivers through direct observation, constructive feedback, and hands-on modeling to ensure consistent therapy quality and skill growth.
- Work alongside a BCBA to conduct assessments, design treatment plans, define goals, and develop or update client materials and records.

$25.00 per hour for direct therapy, $30.00 per hour for supervision duties

- Must pass DOJ/FBI background check with fingerprinting and TB screening if required
- Physical demands include prolonged standing, walking, reaching, bending, kneeling, crouching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Smartphone ownership is mandatory
- Reliable vehicle, valid in-state driver’s license, and insurance are required
- Willingness to travel up to 45 minutes between sites, with drive time compensated
