Responsibilities
- Provide play-based, research-supported ABA interventions to help children with autism reach developmental milestones in home, school, and community contexts.
- Guide and develop behavior therapists and family caregivers through direct observation, constructive feedback, and skill modeling to ensure consistent treatment delivery.
- Partner with a BCBA to conduct assessments, design individualized treatment plans, set client goals, and produce or revise instructional materials and records.

Compensation
Hourly rates: $23.50 for direct therapy sessions, $30.00 for supervision responsibilities.

- Supervisory duties are paid at $30.00 per hour.
- Program Supervisors will spend half of their time on supervision tasks.
- Full-time applicants must have availability Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. and 7 p.m.
- Relocation assistance is offered to eligible candidates.
- A $2,000 sign-on bonus is available.
- Travel between assignment locations may take up to 45 minutes, with drive time compensated.
- A smartphone must be accessible for work-related communication and coordination.
- Tuberculosis screening is required where applicable.
