Responsibilities
- Provide play-based, evidence-supported ABA interventions to help children with autism reach developmental milestones in home, school, and community environments.
- Guide and support behavior therapists and caregivers through direct observation, constructive feedback, and demonstration to ensure consistent and effective therapy delivery.
- Work alongside a BCBA to conduct assessments, design treatment plans, define goals, and develop or revise client materials and records.

- A $2000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance are available.
- Full-time candidates with availability Monday through Friday from 8am to 7pm are preferred.
- Fifty percent of a Program Supervisor's time will be dedicated to supervision responsibilities.
