Responsibilities
- Provide play-based, research-supported ABA therapy to help children with autism reach developmental goals in home, school, and community settings.
- Guide, train, and support behavior therapists and caregivers through direct observation, constructive feedback, and skill modeling to ensure consistent therapy quality.
- Work alongside a BCBA to conduct assessments, design treatment plans, set client goals, and develop or update therapy materials and records.

- Must have a reliable vehicle, valid in-state driver’s license, and current auto insurance.
- Willingness to travel up to 45 minutes between assignment locations with paid travel time.
- Basic computer proficiency, including tablet use and navigating digital platforms.
- Smartphone access is mandatory for this role.
- Must pass DOJ/FBI background check with fingerprinting and TB screening if required.
- Job requires prolonged standing, walking, reaching, bending, kneeling, and crouching.
- Capable of lifting at least 50 pounds.
- Must communicate clearly and actively participate in physical and play-based therapy sessions.
