Responsibilities
- Provide play-based, research-supported ABA interventions to help children with autism reach developmental milestones in home, school, and community environments.
- Guide and support Behavior Therapists and caregivers through direct observation, constructive feedback, and hands-on modeling to ensure consistent therapy delivery and professional growth.
- Work alongside a BCBA to conduct assessments, design treatment plans, set client goals, and develop or update instructional materials and progress records.
