Manage the complete lifecycle of contract labor requisitions, from intake through onboarding, ensuring alignment with client needs and compliance standards. Serve as a trusted point of contact for hiring managers, providing guidance on job requirements and facilitating clear communication throughout the hiring process.
Key Responsibilities
- Support strategic PMO initiatives and client roadmap goals by participating in planning sessions and operational reviews
- Lead requirement intake discussions, crafting targeted questions to define roles and document detailed job descriptions in VMS or AGS360
- Track open positions using reporting tools, advising stakeholders on sourcing progress and supplier responsiveness
- Coach and evaluate staffing suppliers on performance, adherence to SLAs, and compliance with contractual obligations
- Monitor supplier scorecards, conduct performance reviews, and contribute to strategic discussions on improvement
- Log all client and vendor inquiries in Salesforce.com and ensure issues are documented and resolved promptly
- Oversee onboarding logistics, including timely completion of paperwork, asset collection, and assignment updates such as extensions or cost center changes
- Verify closure of work orders with accurate end reasons and coordinate notifications to relevant departments
- Support time and expense validation, ensuring hiring managers approve entries within deadlines
- Collaborate across teams to maintain data integrity and streamline processes across acquisition stages
Qualifications
Successful candidates will have experience managing high-volume coordination tasks, including interviewing and onboarding. Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills are essential. Proficiency in MS Office, VMS, AGS360, and Salesforce.com is required. The role demands attention to detail, independent judgment, and the ability to adapt in a fast-changing environment. Prior experience in staffing, recruiting, or client-facing roles is preferred.
