HRL Laboratories is looking for a Program Scheduler to support our Finance department. This position is based at our headquarters in Malibu, CA.
What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain detailed program schedules and timelines
- Perform financial analysis and forecasting for program budgets
- Coordinate with program managers and finance leads to track progress
- Identify schedule risks and propose mitigation strategies
- Prepare and present scheduling reports and updates
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in program scheduling, project controls, or financial analysis
- Strong proficiency with scheduling software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera P6)
- Knowledge of financial principles and cost management
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment
Work Mode
This is an onsite position requiring daily presence at our office in Malibu, CA.
