Lead complex strategic initiatives from concept to launch, with a primary focus on delivering white label partner solutions that expand access to financial wellness. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will shape project frameworks, guide cross-functional teams, and serve as the primary point of contact for external partners throughout implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of large-scale implementations, including setting milestones, adjusting scope, and making real-time decisions to keep projects on track
- Translate high-level business objectives into structured plans with defined timelines, dependencies, decision points, and clear ownership
- Identify risks, dependencies, and operational impacts early, enabling proactive resolution and informed leadership decisions
- Develop standardized processes, templates, and operating rhythms to improve scalability and consistency across future launches
- Lead regular status meetings, providing transparent updates on progress, blockers, risks, and next steps to internal stakeholders and partners
- Manage changes in scope or timing without sacrificing execution quality or team momentum
- Build trust with partner teams through consistent communication, professional engagement, and deep understanding of project details and business context
- Collaborate with Client Success and internal departments to ensure seamless experiences before, during, and after launch
- Document lessons learned and drive continuous improvement in program management practices and partner communication
- Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and disciplined execution across teams
Qualifications
Candidates should have at least five years of experience in program, project, or implementation management, with direct exposure to external partners in financial wellness, benefits, or retirement services. Proven ability to establish clarity in ambiguous, fast-moving environments is essential. You must be comfortable defining processes where none exist and driving alignment across diverse stakeholders.
AI fluency is required—you should actively use tools like Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini to streamline documentation, automate routine tasks, and interpret complex data. Willingness to travel, including onsite work in the Chicago suburbs, is expected as needed.
Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship is required.
Preferred Background
- PMP or equivalent certification
- Experience in SaaS, fintech, HR tech, health tech, or partner-centric organizations
