This role focuses on advancing city-scale digital transformation through cutting-edge technologies including AI Factories, digital twins, computer vision, and sovereign AI. You will partner directly with city executives, government agencies, and technology ecosystems to deploy responsible, scalable AI solutions that enhance public services, sustainability, safety, and urban planning.
What You’ll Do
- Drive revenue and market expansion for AI-powered smart spaces and local government initiatives, aligning technical capabilities with civic priorities
- Build and manage a high-impact pipeline tied to key urban challenges—mobility, energy efficiency, public safety, and citizen engagement—using generative AI, agentic systems, and video analytics
- Establish trusted advisor relationships with mayors’ offices, ministries, CTOs, and public-sector innovators to position AI as a foundation for modern governance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and technology partners to deliver scalable, secure, and compliant AI deployments
- Advocate for responsible AI frameworks, policy development, and local capacity building to support sovereign, ethical implementation
- Support talent development and innovation hubs that empower public-sector teams to lead AI adoption
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in technology sales or solutions delivery, with deep understanding of AI platforms, cloud/edge infrastructure, or public-sector digital transformation
- Proven track record engaging government stakeholders—from city councils to national agencies—and closing complex, strategic deals
- Strong ability to communicate advanced AI concepts clearly to both technical and executive audiences
- Autonomous mindset with high integrity, collaboration skills, and executive presence
- Fluency in English and German; ability to travel across EMEA regions
