BeOne Medicines USA, Inc. is hiring a Program Manager, Portfolio Management to plan, coordinate, and track project, program, and portfolio information. You will collaborate closely with portfolio team members to create reports, maintain tracking information, and support initiatives aligned with the company’s R&D governance and process improvement efforts.
What You'll Do
- Maintain and drive the organization and quality of portfolio-level reports, governance dashboards, and metrics.
- Manage governance meetings by collecting agendas, tracking action items, and creating meeting minutes in collaboration with the broader global portfolio and program management group.
- Utilize analytical abilities to support portfolio report content, committee presentations, and ensure consistency.
- Identify issues and clearly communicate potential problems, looking beyond the obvious for innovative and simple solutions.
- Develop and maintain clear and concise process guidance documents for various audiences.
- Champion ways to accelerate and optimize processes while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Contribute to the development of portfolio and governance communications through improved processes and technical solutions, streamlining monthly and quarterly reporting.
- Collaborate with portfolio team members through cross-functional communication to meet time-sensitive deliverables.
- Actively participate in Portfolio and broader GPPM staff meetings.
What We're Looking For
- BA/BS Degree required.
- 5+ years experience with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Life Sciences, clinical, or drug development OR 4+ years experience with a Master’s Degree or above.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Excel pivot tables, PowerPoint, and SharePoint with ability to work with web-based platforms and emerging AI capabilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a global team setting with staff of diverse backgrounds and experience levels.
- Demonstrated ability to create structure and clarity in ambiguous situations.
- Proven ability to execute and perform autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
- Logical problem-solving skills, with the ability to look beyond immediate problems to consider root causes.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- High degree of personal responsibility.
Nice to Have
- Experience in Life Sciences, clinical, or drug development.
- PMP certification.

Compensation: $119,700.00 - $159,700.00 annually + equity. Eligible for discretionary equity awards.
