Lead the execution and expansion of mid-sized oil and gas programs focused on environmental remediation, compliance, permitting, and construction management. This role is responsible for delivering projects profitably while maintaining high standards of quality, schedule adherence, and client satisfaction across upstream, midstream, and downstream sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee programs valued between $1M and $10M annually, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, timeline, and performance goals.
- Supervise cross-functional teams providing technical and construction support services.
- Serve as the primary client contact for reporting, communication, and resolving project challenges.
- Collaborate with client account managers and technical leads to identify and secure follow-on work.
- Grow existing contracts through strategic task order development and change management.
- Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with client stakeholders.
- Coach junior and mid-level project managers to enhance team delivery capacity.
- Lead post-project reviews and implement improvements to strengthen future performance.
- Support the development of program management capabilities within the oil and gas practice.
Qualifications
Candidates must demonstrate experience in both program delivery and client growth initiatives, operating effectively as a seller-doer. Preferred candidates will be based in Houston, Dallas, Midland, or Denver. This position operates remotely with a minimum requirement of one in-office day per week.
