Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of advisory boards and other engagements with healthcare providers
- Ensure all programs are delivered on time, within scope, and meet client expectations
- Collaborate with strategic account leads, scientific leads, and program coordinators to manage workflows, budgets, and logistics across multiple initiatives
- Oversee project timelines, coordinate vendors, manage medical/legal/regulatory review processes, and track financials
- Act as a primary client contact, providing consistent updates and ensuring smooth delivery from start to finish
- Guide junior staff and support team performance to enhance program outcomes and client satisfaction
