What We Offer - Competitive remuneration - Comprehensive health insurance coverage - Adaptable and paid leave arrangements - Flexible work environment options - Wellness and employee support initiatives Responsibilities - Guarantee consistent program delivery by establishing protocols, sharing strategic insights, and communicating client-specific expectations to internal teams. - Participate in Oversight/Operations Committees for assigned clients. - Engage with clients and internal teams to evaluate study risks, develop mitigation strategies, identify improvement opportunities, assess profitability, and enhance client satisfaction. - Ensure prompt resolution of project challenges and escalate when necessary. - Track study timelines and manage financial aspects across project portfolios, including budget planning, forecasting, and invoice evaluation. - Proactively identify potential risks and corresponding mitigation approaches, escalating appropriately. - Conduct internal and external negotiations, promote collaboration, and optimize resource utilization to meet contractual obligations and timelines. - Implement problem-solving methodologies to address customer concerns; maintain comprehensive issue-tracking documentation for timely resolution. - Monitor and report program-level key performance indicators as required. - Participate in operational and governance meetings with clients. - Represent study services during Investigator Meetings, Site Initiation Meetings, Vendor Kick-off Meetings, and related sessions. - Support Business Development and Operations during client interactions to showcase services and operational processes. - Contribute to onboarding and training of new Project Management team members assigned to specific accounts. - Provide cross-service line support as needed. - Execute additional responsibilities, assignments, or special projects. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree with demonstrated project management expertise, preferably in pharmaceutical sector. - Experience supporting multiple service lines or studies in comparable environments. - 4–8 years pharmaceutical industry experience emphasizing program management. - Proven capability to mentor and support staff. - Comprehensive understanding of drug development processes. - Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, time management, and prioritization capabilities. - Superior verbal and written communication skills in English. - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. - Detail-oriented, responsive, and adept at managing multiple competing priorities.
