Happy Money is looking for a Program Manager – Customer Success Operations to build and scale a newly formed service management organization focused on execution excellence. You’ll support high-visibility programs across customer health, cloud and AI initiatives, and usage/consumption governance. The role combines program management, stakeholder collaboration, and operational execution, with direct exposure to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
What You'll Do
- Program manage reactive and proactive accountability initiatives, ensuring timely follow-ups and execution of action items
- Plan and facilitate community calls, working sessions, and stakeholder meetings
- Create clear, concise documentation and executive-ready presentation decks
- Track program deliverables, milestones, and risks, and provide regular status updates
- Analyze trends and performance metrics to identify productivity improvements
- Design and support pilot initiatives to test process improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple solution areas
- Identify and remove blockers that impact program delivery
- Support change management efforts during program rollouts
- Maintain strong communication with stakeholders and leadership to ensure alignment
What We're Looking For
- 5–7 years of professional experience in program management, project management, or a related role
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience driving and executing programs end to end
- At least 2 years of experience managing relationships with diverse stakeholders
- At least 2 years of experience creating visual documentation and presentation materials
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to deliver work with speed, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to operate in fast-paced, evolving environments
Nice to Have
- Program or project management certification (PMP, PMI, or equivalent)
- Experience supporting customer success, service management, or operational excellence initiatives
- Exposure to cloud, AI, or technology-driven programs
- Experience working with executive-level stakeholders
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft productivity tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint)
