- Hands-on experience working with or deploying AI, machine learning, or advanced analytics solutions, with the ability to translate between technical and business stakeholders.
- Strong technical literacy with the capability to engage deeply with engineers on topics like system architecture, APIs, data pipelines, and ML model deployment while maintaining strategic oversight.
- Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives in environments of ambiguity and rapid change.
- Familiarity with cloud-native environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure), CI/CD pipelines, and modern software development practices.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools (Agile, Kanban, Jira, Asana, etc.), with the judgment to adapt process to the situation.
