Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of projects and program execution
- Work closely with project requirements and acceptance criteria
- Perform risk and scope management and ensure project acceptance
- Build and implement a release management process
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biology, or related fields
- Background in IT, Business Analysis, or Project Management
- Proven experience managing large-scale digital transformation programs across multiple major initiatives
- Strong program management background with the ability to coordinate complex, cross-functional programs
- Domain expertise in CMC (Chemistry, Manufacturing, and Controls) within a scientific or regulated environment
- Experience serving as an Agile leader, guiding teams and stakeholders in Agile practices
- Hands-on experience applying the SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) methodology
- Demonstrated experience working within GxP regulatory compliance environments
- Ability to ensure program alignment with regulatory standards, quality requirements, and organizational objectives
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
