American Rheinmetall is hiring a Program Manager to fill a key leadership position within American Rheinmetall Vehicles. You will lead the pivotal Bradley Damage Assessment Repair (BDAR) program, driving the planning, coordination, and execution necessary to deliver critical projects on time, within scope, and on budget.
What You'll Do
- Plan, organize, and execute program activities.
- Support the development and maintenance of program schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, finance, and supply chain to ensure program objectives are met.
- Track program performance and provide regular status updates, reports, and briefings to leadership.
- Monitor risks, issues, and action items and support mitigation strategies.
- Support customer and stakeholder communications, including preparation of briefings and meeting materials.
- Manage program budgets, forecasts, and financial tracking.
- Maintain program documentation, including schedules, reports, and contractual deliverables.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agenda preparation and follow-up actions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, contract requirements, and regulatory standards.
- Travel as required.
What We're Looking For
- Knowledge of the US DoD process and procedures for vehicle development and procurement.
- Familiarity with the US Army TACOM/GVSC.
- Practical ‘hands on’ attitude with the ability to operate independently.
- Detailed knowledge of Military Standards and Regulations.
- BSc in Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Technology, Vehicle Technology, Systems Engineering or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 10 Years’ Experience in delivering large complex US Defense programs, preferably in the vehicle domain from start to serial production.
- Experience working in a multi-national, multi-organizational, and corporate environment.
- Experience in capture, bid contract negotiations, and planning delivery.
- Experience with program management tools such as Earned Value Management, DELTEK Suite of Program Management Tools, MS Project, SAP.

- Ability to speak Polish is desired.
