Reapra PTE. LTD. is hiring a Program Intern to support the Intensive Foundation Design (IFD) program, a rigorous self-discovery journey for potential founders. This is a part-time, remote role for an initial 1-month period. At Reapra, we have a mission-driven focus on co-creating future industries for the betterment of society.
What You'll Do
- Maintain qualitative and quantitative logs of candidate progress and research insights to ensure data-backed decision-making.
- Manage email outreach and follow-ups to schedule discovery calls and bookings for potential founders entering the IFD pipeline.
- Research and synthesize theories related to identity, self-discovery, and meta-learning that frame IFD as a process.
What We're Looking For
- High levels of interest in Psychology, Philosophy, Education, or Entrepreneurship.
- Comfort with abstractness and exploring complex human concepts while keeping organized records.
- Professional and empathetic written communication.
- Based in Singapore, Taiwan, or Australia.
- Thrives in a low-supervision, high-trust environment.
- Open mindset with willingness to learn.
Work Mode
This is a remote position open to candidates based in Singapore (SG), Taiwan (TW), or Australia (AU).
