Lockheed Martin Canada is seeking a Program Finance Manager to oversee financial management and performance reporting on large Canadian government and defense contracts. You will be instrumental in applying Earned Value Management principles and ensuring financial integrity across significant programs.
What You'll Do
- Manage internal and external program performance reporting for large Canadian government contracts.
- Oversee Orders, Sales, Ebit & Cash (OSEC) reporting.
- Perform detailed financial analysis on major Canadian defense contracts, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and forecasting.
- Manage or supervise a small team of Analysts.
- Deliver program performance reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders across various program disciplines.
- Format and present financial data to senior-level management.
- Work directly with external customers.
- Work occasional overtime, including evenings and weekends.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in financial management of large Canadian government contracts.
- University degree in Business or a related field, or an equivalent combination of a college diploma and experience.
- Intermediate ability in Microsoft Office applications, mainly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Hands-on Earned Value Management (EVM) experience applied on large Canadian government contracts.
Nice to Have
- Experience using SAP.
- Experience with Deltek Suite applications for EVM.
