About the Role

The individual in this role will oversee planning, coordination, and implementation of meetings and events, working cross-functionally to deliver high-quality experiences aligned with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all logistical aspects of corporate events, including scheduling, venue selection, and vendor management
  • Develop and manage event timelines and project plans to ensure timely execution
  • Collaborate with internal teams to define event objectives and desired outcomes
  • Prepare detailed event briefs and presentation materials for stakeholders
  • Manage event budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial compliance
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers
  • Oversee on-site event operations and troubleshoot issues in real time
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations during events
  • Gather post-event feedback and prepare performance summaries
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all events
  • Coordinate travel and accommodations for attendees and speakers
  • Support the development of event branding and promotional materials
  • Liaise with facilities and technical teams for setup requirements
  • Implement sustainable practices in event planning and execution
  • Respond to participant inquiries and provide logistical support
  • Assist in the evaluation of new event technologies and platforms
  • Track industry trends to enhance event formats and engagement
  • Ensure accessibility and inclusivity in event design
  • Manage registration processes and attendee data securely
  • Facilitate hybrid or virtual event components when required
  • Escalate risks and issues to leadership as needed
  • Support crisis management and contingency planning for events
  • Maintain vendor performance records and conduct evaluations
  • Standardize event processes to improve efficiency and consistency
  • Contribute to post-event reporting and success metrics
