Responsibilities
- Monitor project milestones across departments
- Communicate deadlines to relevant stakeholders
- Quickly identify and report workflow challenges
- Manage client-specific medical, legal, and regulatory (MLR) review processes
- Submit content for MLR review and coordinate with tagging personnel
- Share updates on MLR review status with clients, supervisors, and team members
- Organize internal and external meeting schedules
- Document key points and action items during meetings
- Keep team members informed of project progress
- Review billing documents and final reconciliations under guidance
- Generate reports in compliance with the Sunshine Act
- Produce additional reports as requested by clients
- Collaborate with third-party vendors for meeting logistics
- Handle site selection, venue contracts, travel, catering, and audiovisual setup
- Create and distribute assignment summaries
- Lead team meetings related to project assignments
