Responsibilities

  • Monitor project milestones across departments
  • Communicate deadlines to relevant stakeholders
  • Quickly identify and report workflow challenges
  • Manage client-specific medical, legal, and regulatory (MLR) review processes
  • Submit content for MLR review and coordinate with tagging personnel
  • Share updates on MLR review status with clients, supervisors, and team members
  • Organize internal and external meeting schedules
  • Document key points and action items during meetings
  • Keep team members informed of project progress
  • Review billing documents and final reconciliations under guidance
  • Generate reports in compliance with the Sunshine Act
  • Produce additional reports as requested by clients
  • Collaborate with third-party vendors for meeting logistics
  • Handle site selection, venue contracts, travel, catering, and audiovisual setup
  • Create and distribute assignment summaries
  • Lead team meetings related to project assignments
