What You'll Do
- Analyze complex systems and business processes to identify improvement opportunities
- Translate business needs and user requirements into clear technical specifications
- Lead program and project analysis activities from inception through delivery
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system functionality and processes
- Collaborate with stakeholders across teams to define scope, objectives, and success metrics
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a senior business or program analyst in a complex technical environment
- Expertise in requirements gathering, process modeling, and system analysis methodologies
- Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Demonstrated experience leading analysis efforts for large-scale programs or projects
