EX Squared is hiring a HVAC Technician to deliver high-quality installation, maintenance, and repair services for our clients. This role provides technical expertise to ensure optimal system performance.
What You'll Do
- Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
- Diagnose complex HVAC system malfunctions and provide effective solutions
- Perform routine preventative maintenance and system inspections
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and regulatory codes
- Maintain accurate records of service performed and parts used
What We're Looking For
- Valid HVAC Technician certification or state license
- Proven experience installing and servicing residential and/or commercial HVAC systems
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills for complex mechanical systems
- Ability to work independently and manage service schedule effectively
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position. You will be dispatched to client locations from your home base.
