EX Squared is looking for a Technical Customer Success Manager to ensure our clients achieve maximum value from our technical solutions. You will be a key liaison, combining technical expertise with strategic relationship management.
What You'll Do
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for a portfolio of enterprise clients.
- Guide customers through onboarding, product adoption, and complex implementation phases.
- Analyze client usage data to identify risks, opportunities, and provide proactive recommendations.
- Translate technical product capabilities into clear business value for diverse stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to advocate for client needs and influence the roadmap.
- Develop and deliver technical enablement content, including workshops and best practice guides.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a technical customer success, solutions engineering, or technical account management role.
- Strong ability to understand complex software products and explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience analyzing product usage data and managing technical implementation projects.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Must be based in Virginia.
Work Mode
This position is remote, but candidates are required to be located and work from within Virginia.
