WPP Media is seeking an Ad Operations Consultant (m/w/d) to ensure smooth execution and optimization of our digital campaigns. You’ll play a key role in a creative transformation company, collaborating across teams, leveraging data to drive performance, and maintaining accuracy and compliance.
What You'll Do
- Oversee end-to-end campaign trafficking and execution, including creative trafficking, quality control, pacing, troubleshooting, billing, and reconciliation.
- Utilize ad servers and programmatic platforms to maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Implement and monitor third-party verification tools to maintain brand safety, prevent fraud, and guarantee ad viewability.
- Leverage analytics and reporting tools to track performance and provide actionable insights.
- Work with tag management systems and use basic coding to troubleshoot tracking and automate processes.
- Partner with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, communicate insights clearly, and support colleagues through mentoring and knowledge sharing.
- Make data-driven recommendations, optimize campaigns, and ensure accurate execution and reporting.
What We're Looking For
- Strong knowledge of API integrations and hands-on experience with ad tech platforms.
- Proven expertise in trafficking and executing campaigns across multiple platforms, including CM360 and Adform.
- Advanced analytical skills using GA4, Adobe Analytics and reporting tools (Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint).
- Proficient with third-party verification tools (IAS, DoubleVerify) to ensure brand safety, fraud detection, and viewability.
- Excellent communication skills, able to work across teams, mentor colleagues, and present confidently.
- Basic understanding of JavaScript, HTML, or Python, and experience with Google Tag Manager or similar systems for tracking and troubleshooting.
- Strong decision-making skills, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
- You communicate confidently in English.
Nice to Have
- Very good German skills are a clear advantage.
