EX Squared is hiring a Strategic Account Manager for a full-time, remote position based in Sweden. You will be responsible for nurturing and expanding our most important client partnerships.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to foster long-term client growth
- Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with key client stakeholders
- Identify and pursue opportunities for account expansion and renewal
- Analyze client needs and collaborate internally to deliver solutions
- Monitor account health and proactively manage risk and satisfaction
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in account management, client success, or strategic sales
- Strong ability to understand complex client business objectives
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Fluent proficiency in English and Swedish
Work Mode
This is a fully remote, full-time position. You must be based in and legally authorized to work in Sweden.
