About the Role

EX Squared is hiring a Strategic Account Manager for a full-time, remote position based in Sweden. You will be responsible for nurturing and expanding our most important client partnerships.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to foster long-term client growth
  • Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with key client stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for account expansion and renewal
  • Analyze client needs and collaborate internally to deliver solutions
  • Monitor account health and proactively manage risk and satisfaction

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in account management, client success, or strategic sales
  • Strong ability to understand complex client business objectives
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Fluent proficiency in English and Swedish

Work Mode

This is a fully remote, full-time position. You must be based in and legally authorized to work in Sweden.
