Bombardier is hiring a Program Analyst to apply data analytics in support of environmental regulations and compliance. In this role, you will analyze compliance data, create reports and dashboards, and support regulatory reporting within our aerospace manufacturing operations.
What You'll Do
- Recommend process improvements based on data insights and workflow analysis.
- Present data insights, compliance trends, and recommendations to stakeholders to support informed decision-making.
- Develop and maintain databases for environmental compliance data collection, tracking, and risk assessments.
- Create dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Teamcenter, and Excel.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, gaps, and compliance risks.
- Support regulatory reporting requirements by collecting and validating data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely data flow.
- Provide support for regulatory monitoring and communication activities to ensure continuity in compliance efforts.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills and full bilingual proficiency in both English and French.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- At least five (5) years of experience in a data analytics or data management role, within aerospace or a similar field.
- Good knowledge of manufacturing concepts and processes and the ability to relate them to financial performance.
- Good sense of organization, time management, and you demonstrate autonomy.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI) and advanced Excel.
Nice to Have
- PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
- Experience with Teamcenter is an asset.
