This role is part of the Global Services Support Team, where you'll play a key part in shaping how business requirements are gathered, analyzed, and turned into meaningful reporting solutions for Global Customer Services (GCS). You'll engage directly with stakeholders across regions to understand operational needs, document requirements, and ensure alignment before development begins.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with GCS teams to identify and define reporting needs, ensuring clarity and completeness in requirements.
- Analyze existing workflows and policies, translating findings into clear, data-driven insights.
- Support the planning and analysis phases of report development projects, working alongside internal teams.
- Gain a solid understanding of the organization’s products and services to inform accurate reporting design.
- Assist in rolling out new reporting tools and frameworks, ensuring smooth adoption across functions.
- Work with Process Architects to help design and refine business processes based on data and feedback.
- Secure formal agreement from stakeholders on documented requirements to maintain accountability and direction.
What You Bring
- At least five years of experience in business analysis or operations, preferably in the IT industry.
- Proven track record working in global environments with diverse teams.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI and advanced Excel for data modeling and visualization.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to varied audiences.
- A strategic mindset that balances operational efficiency with commercial objectives.
- The ability to manage competing priorities and confidently challenge requests when timelines or goals are unrealistic.
- A goal-focused approach with a consistent record of meeting deadlines.
