Sentinel Offender Services is hiring a Program Administrator to provide critical support for the daily operations of our electronic monitoring program. This role is ideal for an organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced administrative environment handling confidential information.
What You'll Do
- Monitor and respond to emails and phone calls from partner agencies and program participants
- Communicate participant balance information to supervising agencies as required
- Maintain accurate participant case files and documentation
- Post daily fees collected into the accounting system
- Monitor participant fee compliance and follow up on non-compliance
- Prepare non-compliance reports when necessary
- Process participant fee adjustments, program end balances, and refund requests
- Assist with participant orientations and explain program expectations
- Answer basic questions related to monitoring equipment and schedules
- Direct legal or sentencing questions to the appropriate supervising authority
- Maintain inventory of electronic monitoring equipment
- Prepare equipment for new enrollments and replacements
- Track, document, and report missing or unreturned equipment
- Support equipment recovery efforts through calls and written notices
- Assist with in-office equipment installations
- Ensure equipment is functioning properly and confirm successful setup
- Complete required checks and reports following installation

Benefits & Compensation
- Hourly pay: $19.00/hr - $19.25/hr
