Agilent Technologies is hiring an Onsite Enterprise Program Administrator

About the Role

Agilent Technologies is looking for an Onsite Enterprise Program Administrator to be the central point of contact and service delivery lead for a key enterprise customer. You will own the relationship and ensure all support, maintenance, and repair activities meet the customer's expectations and requirements.

What You'll Do

  • Schedule on-site repairs for contract, warranty, and trade requests.
  • Schedule all Preventive Maintenance and Compliance Services.
  • Maintain data accuracy using precise coding standards.
  • Own the complete Support delivery for your assigned customer.
  • Communicate with customers to set clear expectations, provide status updates, and resolve any issues.
  • Handle all customer feedback and communication directly.
  • Communicate with and manage schedules for third-party service providers.
  • Develop customer relationships using tact, persuasion, and negotiation.
  • Contact external and internal customers at all levels.
  • Escalate significant customer concerns to Support Management.
  • Solve a variety of complex problems involving multiple departments.
  • Manage service delivery from end to end.
  • Understand service management needs, including asset delivery, service levels, and costs.
  • Run third-party service delivery within the customer's systems and processes.
  • Report and supervise third-party delivery performance and costs.
  • Recommend improvements for both service delivery and cost efficiency.

What We're Looking For

  • A degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience for this level.
  • Experience using Customer Database Systems.
  • Strong planning and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience scheduling service events.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven efficiency working in a team environment.
  • Proven ability to optimally advise the actions of others.
  • Ability to work effectively with remote team members.
  • Excellent keyboarding skills and knowledge of PC applications, including Microsoft and SAP products.
  • Ability to understand and apply quality improvement processes.
  • Must align with all customer site access requirements, including GMP training and medical standards.
  • Shown ability to adjust quickly to process and policy changes.
  • Availability for occasional travel, including overnight trips for training and company activities.

Nice to Have

  • Previous experience working in a GMP environment.
  • Knowledge of GxP guidelines and requirements.

  • Hourly rate: $36.09 - $56.39/hr
