What You'll Do
- Ensure the operation of assigned projects in accordance with service level agreements.
- Create documentation: functional, technical, testing guides, user guides, etc.
- Implement and manage help desks.
- Participate in continuous process automation and be part of a 7x24 support organization to ensure continuous service quality and availability.
- Conduct requirement and functional analysis, development, test planning, incident resolution, and management of Work Orders and tasks.
What We're Looking For
- Degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, Systems Engineering, or related fields.
Nice to Have
- More than 1 year of experience in the implementation, administration, and support of applications.
Work Mode
This position requires working onsite at the Client's Office.
