  • Analyze and optimize business processes, requirements, and data flows within international Life Sciences IT initiatives
  • Apply in-depth knowledge of diverse system environments to guide project execution
  • Bridge technical and non-technical audiences by clearly communicating complex information
  • Lead efforts to enhance and streamline business workflows
  • Contribute to advancing the strategic direction of Life Science service offerings
  • Discover and propose enhancements to service quality and delivery for global clients
