Blew & Associates, P.A. is looking for a Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) to oversee project execution and team management in a remote capacity. You will be responsible for guiding survey crews, performing in-depth legal and technical reviews, and ensuring projects are delivered accurately and efficiently.
What You'll Do
- Oversee and manage survey technicians.
- Perform boundary, easement, deed, and title reviews.
- Conduct detailed research at the town, county, and state levels.
- Evaluate surveys, field notes, maps, and aerial photographs to identify project constraints.
- Determine the best approach to complete projects on time and within budget.
- Perform calculations of quantities and volumes.
- Communicate daily with crew chiefs and the operations team.
- Collaborate with drafting managers, design staff, and the operations team for updates, challenges, and plan revisions.
What We're Looking For
- A valid Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license.
- Field and office experience in land surveying.
- Strong attention to detail.
- A proven track record of acquiring new clients and generating revenue.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to take direction and grow with the company.
- A proven track record of managing survey crews.
- Self-motivation, drive, and the ability to work remotely.
- Experience using AutoCAD and/or Carlson Survey.
Nice to Have
- Multiple state PLS licensures.
- Proficiency with Quickbase to log job statuses.

- Salary range: $90,000 - $150,000.
