Deliver interactive training sessions—virtually or in person—to help educators effectively use digital learning tools. Sessions will be conducted in both English and Arabic, tailored to the needs of teachers and aligned with current product features and best practices.
What You'll Do
- Lead professional development workshops that empower educators to integrate technology into their classrooms with confidence and clarity.
- Monitor your calendar, email, and team messaging daily to stay updated on session bookings and internal communications.
- Coordinate with clients via email and phone to schedule and confirm training sessions, ensuring a smooth experience from start to finish.
- Prepare for and follow up after each session by maintaining accurate records and sharing relevant resources with participants.
- Stay current with product updates, troubleshooting tips, and support materials to provide accurate, real-time assistance during trainings.
- Identify and escalate customer concerns quickly, supporting timely resolution and clear communication back to the user.
Requirements
- Minimum of three years of experience teaching at the primary level.
- Strong presentation abilities with the capacity to engage adult learners through clear, interactive delivery.
- Highly organized with the ability to adapt quickly, think critically, and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Positive, proactive mindset with a commitment to collaboration and professional integrity.
- Comfortable using digital tools for remote presentations and demonstrations, especially Google Suite applications.
- Willingness to work outside standard hours when necessary, including early mornings or evenings, based on client needs.
- Ability to travel as required, particularly during high-demand periods.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience coaching educators or leading professional development programs.
- Familiarity with Seesaw or similar classroom technology platforms.
- Experience using or supporting Little Thinking Minds (LTM) in educational settings.
- Willingness to travel across the MENA region when needed.
