Part-Time Mathematics Teacher (Online Teaching) About Us: An international educational organization provides online collective mathematics courses for French and French-speaking families with children aged 5 to 12. Our curriculum is based on an independent pedagogical system developed over 22 years, adapted to the French educational context, and includes preparation for mathematical competitions like Kangourou. Job Position: Mathematics Teacher for Primary School Students (Group Classes, 5-12 Students) Work Location: 100% Remote Work (No Physical Presence Required) Contract Type: Part-Time Primary Responsibilities: 1. Teaching: - Conduct online mathematics classes in French for French/French-speaking kindergarten and primary school students - Utilize exclusive educational materials - Teach through the dedicated educational application - Participate in mandatory training and pedagogical events to ensure high-quality teaching and spark student interest in mathematics 2. Course Preparation & Optimization: - Actively participate in collective course preparation meetings and content validations - Provide lesson plans - Propose improvements to content or pedagogical methods based on student feedback 3. Personalized Support: - Provide targeted support to students according to their learning level - Design and implement support plans addressing specific student needs 4. Assessment & Feedback: - Assign and correct regular homework - Regularly evaluate student progress through quizzes and tests - Provide detailed feedback on progression and communicate with parents about their child's learning 5. Recruitment Support: - Conduct trial lessons (discovery classes) - Conduct integration lessons for students joining existing groups mid-year Desired Profile: 1. Education: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Pedagogy, Educational Sciences or related field - International experience is valued 2. Skills & Qualities: - Passion for teaching and strong interest in working with children - High sense of responsibility, seriousness, and reliability - Clean criminal record (mandatory) - Previous experience teaching mathematics at primary level is an advantage - Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with students, parents, and colleagues 3. Languages: - French as a native language or perfect French mastery (minimum CEFR C1 level) - Ability to teach fluently and pedagogically in French (imperative) - Study experience in France or French-speaking countries is a major advantage - English and/or Chinese proficiency is a plus Geographical Profile: Candidates residing in France, French-speaking regions (Quebec/Canada, Francophone Africa), Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, or Taiwan are welcome. Compensation & Benefits: - Hourly Rate: €10 to €40 per hour (approximately 70 to 280 RMB), based on experience and qualifications - End-of-session bonus: 3 times per year - Holiday benefits - Part-Time Compensation Structure: Course fees (for approximately 2 classes) + Preparation fees Recruitment Process: 1.
