Job Overview The Customer Service Representative is responsible for delivering exceptional client support via phone, email, and chat. Through our comprehensive training program, you will develop extensive product knowledge and understanding of our client base and industry best practices while working in an outstanding team environment. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: - Serve as primary contact point via multiple communication channels - Evaluate and obtain relevant information to address software product inquiries - Research, troubleshoot, and resolve support issues within established response goals - Identify and communicate potential workarounds to customers - Document detailed interaction records for all client communications - Prioritize and resolve issues based on service level agreements - Meet monthly customer satisfaction targets - Organize work efforts across communication platforms - Collaborate cross-departmentally to address concerns Requirements & Skills: - Customer-centric approach with sound decision-making capabilities - Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Adaptability in fast-paced, high-volume environments - Superior verbal and written communication, with high English proficiency - Self-motivated with ability to perform under pressure - Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office applications - Technical aptitude - Strong independent and team collaboration skills - Enthusiasm for continuous learning and professional growth Education: - High School Diploma or equivalent required - Bachelor's degree or comparable work experience preferred We are an equal-opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
