Petro-Canada Lubricants Inc. (PCLI), an HF Sinclair company, is hiring an Afternoon Production Supervisor in Mississauga, Ontario. Reporting to the Team Leader Warehouse and Packaging Operations, you will be responsible for directing overall packaging operations in a safe, reliable, efficient, and environmentally responsible manner.
What You'll Do
- Ensure a safe working environment is maintained while managing safety performance.
- Manage shift workflow in the packaging operations to ensure continued operations as planned with shift supervision.
- Supervise the hourly workforce on shift including performance management, capability development, scheduling, and administration of the collective bargaining agreement (unionized occupational workforce).
- Monitor and manage key business and performance measures for the area team.
- Responsible for TLM (Total Loss Management) leadership within the Area Team.
- Complete special assignments or tasks assigned by supervisor.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of three years of experience in a warehouse, logistics, or packaging environment.
Nice to Have
- Formal supervisory experience.
- Experience in a production, distribution, or warehouse facility.
- Post-secondary education.
- Knowledge of Warehouse, logistics and/or high-speed packaging lines.
Technical Stack
- SAP
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel)
Team & Environment
Reports to the Team Leader Warehouse and Packaging Operations.
Benefits & Compensation
- Salary: $100,000 - $125,000 annually

This is an onsite position located in Mississauga, Ontario.
