Grifols, a global healthcare leader in plasma-derived medicines since 1909, is seeking a Production Planning Intern. In this role, you will support the smooth flow of manufacturing operations, gaining hands-on exposure to planning processes in a fast-paced environment. You'll assist with the lifecycle of Manufacturing Service Orders (MSOs), maintain accurate data, and help ensure production documentation is organized and audit-ready.
What You'll Do
- Assist with releasing, monitoring, expediting, and closing work orders related to buffer prep MSOs.
- Print, review, and help audit production runbooks to confirm documentation is verified.
- Track the status of produced and purchased lots.
- Provide cross-functional support by preparing weekly lot trees for Quality Operations Product Release.
- Organize and maintain production planning documentation to support audit readiness.
What We're Looking For
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to follow procedures and maintain accurate records.
- Basic proficiency with office software (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to lift and move file boxes as needed.
- Currently enrolled in a 4-year degree program pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a Scientific field (Biology/Chemistry preferred) as a rising junior or senior OR currently enrolled in a Master’s or PhD program.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Interest in learning about production planning, manufacturing operations, or supply chain processes.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Excel (including pivot tables and macros), Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint.

Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation: $18 - $22 per hour.
