Your Role
Responsibilities
- Follow established safety practices within the company to the letter.
- Hit or exceed production requirements using available information and equipment.
- Perform preventative maintenance on all work-related equipment.
- Keep precise and accurate department records.
- Repackage products into correct containers.
- Prepare containers (labeling, stenciling, placarding, and all related tasks).
- Handle ongoing equipment maintenance.
- Collaborate with Laboratory personnel on product sampling and quality control.
- Maintain a clean and organized working environment.
- Manage loading/unloading of inbound and outbound tankers.
- Operate and maintain assigned production area according to established operating procedures and process descriptions.
- Complete Initial and Annual Hazardous Waste Management Training.
Your Profile
Education & Experience
- Proven track record of safety and consistent attendance.
- Strong understanding of customer service and ability to collaborate across departments.
- Certified forklift operator.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Solid working knowledge of D.O.T. regulations.
- Strong mathematical, bookkeeping, and organizational skills.
- Computer proficiency sufficient to meet job requirements.
- Ability to fully understand and comply with Compressed Gas Department policies and procedures.
- Clear comprehension of job responsibilities as outlined in the job description.
- Capability to understand and execute applicable process descriptions.
- Flexibility to work overtime, be on-call, and shift between work schedules as business needs demand.
