As a Relationship Specialist, you’ll play a key role in guiding members through financial services by processing transactions, opening deposit and credit accounts, and introducing retirement and loan options. Your focus will be on understanding individual needs and delivering knowledgeable, attentive service in every interaction.
What You’ll Do
- Handle cash and account processing with accuracy and integrity
- Support members in setting up savings, checking, and credit card accounts
- Introduce financial products and services tailored to member goals
- Build trust through consistent, clear communication and follow-up
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive, efficient environment
What We’re Looking For
A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in helping others. You should be comfortable working with numbers, using Windows-based systems, and engaging in repeated typing and standing throughout the day. The ability to lift up to 25 pounds and move as needed is essential for daily operations.
Bilingual abilities in English and Spanish are a plus. You must be available for occasional travel between locations and participate in weekend coverage on a rotating basis.
