Responsibilities
- Run production and packaging machinery following established procedures.
- Prepare, supervise, and fine-tune equipment to maintain product consistency and operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular quality inspections and record findings with accuracy.
- Comply with food safety protocols, including GMPs, HACCP, and sanitation standards.
- Complete all necessary logs for production output, equipment downtime, safety incidents, and cleaning activities.
- Recognize and communicate equipment malfunctions, product irregularities, or safety hazards to supervisors.
- Support changeovers, perform basic troubleshooting, and carry out scheduled equipment cleaning tasks.
- Keep the work area clean, orderly, and safe throughout all production phases.
- Follow all safety guidelines, protocols, and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements.
- Collaborate with team members, maintenance staff, quality assurance, and supervisors to achieve production targets.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and lean manufacturing projects.
