3M is looking for a Production Operator to join our Scotch-Brite manufacturing team in Perth. This position provides a clear pathway to transition from other private, public, government, or military roles into a 3M career. What You'll Do
- Use equipment safely and optimally following established procedures
- Foster continuous improvements by applying Lean principles
- Ensure compliance with all quality standards
- Develop knowledge to troubleshoot processes, perform equipment changeovers, and complete minor repairs
What We're Looking For
- A High School diploma, equivalent, or higher completed before your start date
- Ability and flexibility to work shift rotations
- Must currently reside in Canada
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada without sponsorship for an employment visa
Nice to Have
- Post-Secondary Education
- A proven track record of a proactive, constructive approach with a high level of focus on safety, quality, and productivity
- Demonstrated ability to achieve results working both independently and in a cross-functional team
- Experience with Microsoft Office Tools
