IDEMIA is looking for a Production Operations 1 professional to manage assembly, material processing, and packaging activities, ensuring production excellence. In this role, you will help meet established specifications, schedules, volume, and quality targets within our global, diverse company.
What You'll Do
- Ensure completion of all work within service-level agreements
- Operate and maintain production equipment by performing first-line diagnostics and complying with operating procedures
- Actively contribute to the business performance of production
- Highlight opportunities for improvement and participate in process improvement teams
- Support production integrated into the flow, such as quality control and raw material preparation
- Apply security, quality, and environmental standards, and alert in the event of an anomaly
- Work on routine tasks and follow standard procedures

- Capability to communicate information that requires little explanation or interpretation
