Responsibilities
- Set up and run equipment used for print finishing processes including folding, cutting, inserting, stamping, UV coating, booklet assembly, tabbing, and inkjet printing.
- Follow established quality assurance protocols to ensure consistent and precise output.
- Maintain schedule flexibility with regular shifts exceeding 10 hours per day and recurring weekend work requirements.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.

Other
- Full-time work schedule from Monday to Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
- Overtime is scheduled as needed and may include early starts, late finishes, and weekend shifts during peak production periods.
- Frequent standing, walking, and upper body movement for up to 10 hours daily.
- Regular use of hands and fingers to handle, grasp, reach, and operate equipment, along with speaking and hearing requirements.
- Occasional bending, kneeling, crouching, or crawling as needed.
- Frequent lifting, moving, pushing, and pulling of objects up to 40 pounds.
- Required visual abilities include close-up and distance vision, accurate color discrimination, peripheral awareness, and ability to adjust focus.
