Responsibilities
- Prepare the production line at the beginning of each shift, performing operational and safety checks to ensure smooth operations.
- Guide, inspire, and assist team members to meet production goals and sustain strong performance.
- Provide on-the-job training and direction to team members to strengthen skills and confidence.
- Ensure all final products consistently meet customer requirements and quality benchmarks.
- Track key performance indicators including production volume, equipment downtime, and waste levels, identifying areas for improvement.
- Promote consistent productivity throughout each hour and day to meet daily production targets.
- Advocate for high standards in health, safety, cleanliness, and quality across all operations.
- Maintain accurate and current records and documentation in compliance with company protocols.
- Ensure work areas are prepared for audits and meet internal and external hygiene regulations.

Other
- Operates on a rotating three-shift schedule: 6am–2pm, 2pm–10pm, and 10pm–6am.
- Applicants may be available for one or two of the shift patterns, with scheduling adjusted based on individual availability.
